Being a fighter is a long hard road and getting to the top takes not only sacrifice of the body, but of social life, relationships, health, time and money.  Most fighters can barely make ends meet because you don't start your career at the top.  Fighters fund themselves through any means necessary so that often means working jobs on top of training, relying on the kindness of others and we've all heard the stories of fighters sleeping in their cars just so they can follow their dreams.
